If an insurance provider you participate with is not listed as a selection, you can add the provider by entering its name. You can add, modify or remove a provider from your list at any time.

How to Add an Unlisted Insurance Provider

• Click Control Panel
  
• Click Practice Profile or Profile
  
• Select Insurance & Co-Payments
  
• Select Discipline
  
• Click Insurance
  
• Enter the unlisted Insurance Provider in the Add Custom Insurance Carrier input section
  
• Click Add
  
• Click Save
  
• Click Close
