You can add organizations and memberships to a doctor’s existing profile. You can update, modify or delete this information at any time.

How to Add Organization and Membership Information for a Doctor

• Click Control Panel
  
• Click Provider Profiles
  
• Select Doctor Profile(s)
  
• There will be tabbed sections for General, Biography and More Info
  
• Click More Info
  
• Enter Professional Memberships and Awards information in the input box
  
• Click Save
