If you have removed components from the footer in error, you can restore them. The three standard components of the footer are Terms of Use, Website Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.
How to Restore Pages to the Footer Navigation
Click Control Panel
Click Menus and Pages
In Footer Navigation, click + to restore the deleted pages
