The SecureForms™ Option

The SecureForms™ option gives visitors to your site the ability to communicate with you safely and securely. By having access to a secure contact form, a new visitor or existing patient can feel comfortable about supplying confidential information.

Note: In accordance with HIPAA requirements, a visitor can indicate whether he or she prefers a reply from you through traditional e-mail or secure communication. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption automatically sends any message that requires a confidential response to the Account Dashboard. A message not requiring a confidential response can be replied to using the Reply button, which accesses your e-mail software.
