Uploading A Doctor's Photo To A Profile
A doctor’s photo may be added to her or his profile. A photo may be changed or removed at any time.
How to Upload a Photo to a Profile
- Click Control Panel
- Click Provider Profiles
- Select Doctor Profile(s)
- Select the doctor from the Choose Doctor pull-down menu
- At the General tab, an area will be displayed at the far left of the screen
- Click Upload Photo
- You will be prompted to select from your files the photo you want to add
- Click on the photo
- Click Open
- You will be prompted with an Important Notice
- Read the notice and click either Accept Terms & Upload or Decline
- If you click Accept Terms & Upload, the photo will appear in the box on the input screen. If you click Decline, the image will not be uploaded.
- Click Save
- Click Close
- Repeat for each photo you want to add
