How to Retrieve Your Password

Go to either Dr. Leonardo at https://dr-leonardo.com or to Provider-Pages at https://provider-pages.com
Click Login at the top right side of the Home page on either website. This will take you to https://sitebuilder.dr-leonardo.com/admin/login
Click Sign In
Click Forgot Password?
Enter your E-Mail Address
Click Recover Password
Check your email; you will have been e-mailed a temporary password
